On Tuesday, December 23, 2025, a tour of the Institute of Industrial Science,the University of Tokyo was held. Approximately 20 students from Zushi Kaisei Junior High School participated in the tour. After receiving a presentation about the Institute, the students visited the Takahashi Laboratory, Kanazawa Laboratory, and Ouchi Laboratory, where they received explanations about the research being conducted. In the Ouchi Laboratory, in addition to exhibits of various metals, they also conducted a nickel plating experiment. Many in the learning unknown fields students actively asked questions. Learning in these laboratories was very meaningful experience for the students.
