On August 26, 2025, a tour of Ouchi Lab and the DXL Design Lab at the Institute of Industrial Science (IIS), The University of Tokyo was held. Twelve students from Kaichi Nihonbashi Gakuen Junior and Senior High School participated in the tour.

For two days from May 30 to May 31, 2025, the UTokyo Komaba Campus Research Open House 2025 took place and the Ouchi Laboratory presented an exhibit on the smelting and recycling of non-ferrous metals such as precious metals and rare metals, as well as related processes.
